Mateo's ring is centered with a stunning 21.65-carat Asscher-cut topaz – one of the designer's favorite cuts thanks to its dazzling 'hall of mirrors' effect. It's been handmade in New York from 14-karat gold and inlaid with 0.25-carats of shimmering diamonds along the split shank.
