Charvet has quite the legacy – it was founded in 1838 by Joseph-Christophe Charvet, the son of Napoleon Bonaparte's wardrobe curator. This tie is a fine piece of haberdashery, made in France from lustrous silk-twill and neatly embroidered for a hint of pattern and texture.
